Designed for university students in Australia, offering a dual-stream professional training in IC design and advanced packaging. Expand your global perspective and become a future semiconductor talent.
This Bootcamp features a dual-stream learning structure. It is open to university students currently residing in Australia with an interest in semiconductor technology. You will be required to upload your Student ID and Passport as proof of eligibility during the Stage 2 Official Registration.
Date: June 22 - June 26, 2026
Suitable for participants with prior education or research in semiconductor-related disciplines.
Date: June 29 - July 3, 2026
Suitable for participants with limited or no prior background who are enthusiastic and interested in learning about the semiconductor field.
Each group (Group A / Group B) is strictly limited to a maximum of 30 participants. To ensure fairness, we have implemented a two-stage process:
Once a group reaches 30 paid participants in Stage 2, the payment gateway will close, and remaining applicants will be placed on the Waiting List.
The Phase 2 registration system only supports online credit card payments (billed in New Taiwan Dollars, NTD).
Tuition, course materials, transportation for off-campus visits, a selection of meals, and a certificate.
Effective from April 11, 2026
* Exchange rates are for reference only. Actual charges will be processed in NTD.
We strongly encourage participants to stay at the NTUST International House II. Accommodation is charged on a "per room, per night" basis. Participants can flexibly choose their check-in and check-out dates according to their personal itineraries. For rooms accommodating two people (e.g., Twin or Double), the reservation is billed entirely to the person booking, but you are welcome to independently coordinate with a fellow participant to share the room and split the cost.
Example: A student in Group A can choose any dates to check in and check out between June 21 and June 27.

Double Bed
